Our Origin & Legacy

Founded by the legendary bearing visionary VMS Midha and a team of technocrats, our company is built on a foundational philosophy: pairing deep engineering knowledge with robust manufacturing. Mr. Midha envisioned a brand that would manufacture housings and raise the structural standards of industrial power transmission and rotating equipment globally.

That vision has grown into over 50 years of industry leadership. We have evolved from a pioneering technical team into a premier industrial manufacturing brand, continually trusted by major conglomerates and global OEMs.

Founding Visionary

Highly regarded for starting organised manufacturing of several bearing import substitutes.

A senior, prolific industrialist held in high regard in the Indian bearing industry, Mr. Midha has over 60 years of experience in bearing-associated technologies and has given over 500 advanced training sessions and technical seminars on bearing technologies. He is still recognised for starting organised manufacturing of several new bearing-related products for industrial users worldwide.
